Production processing polymeric materials SPE firm "MED" was founded in spring 1994.

During the period of its development, production went way up from a small area of plastic processing to a robust statement of the Ukrainian market producers of polymer materials. There are several plants of a similar level operating in Ukraine , so the main competition consists of foreign manufacturers.

Various molded plastic products have been producing at this time, as well as commercial production of a wide range of polyethylene film and plastic bags have been mastered.

All polymers used in the production (PP, LPP, HPP, etc.) of well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers are suitable for contact with food. This figure identifies the main categories of our products - trade, food and processing industry.

The production technology uses three methods of processing raw materials:

• method of injection molding of thermoplastics
• extrusion (film production)
• flexography

Land pressure die casting is equipped with modern automatic molding machines and auxiliary equipment. The volume of injected material - from 125 to 5000 cm3. This allows you to make products as small, medium-sized and large forms.

At this moment firm «MED» produces more than 250 types of consumer goods made from plastic. On the whole range of products developed regulations and assigned Global Trade Item Number (GTIN).

In addition to permanent range of consumer goods, our company produces plastic products customized with customer's equipment. For example, we produce items shop equipment (display stands, goods, trays, shelves, racks, etc.), plastic accessories for the construction, housing for the instruments and devices, different packaging.

There are extrusion lines for the manufacture of tubular film of polyethylene for different purposes set at the extrusion area: shrink, greenhouses, packaging, domestic and industrial needs, for the production of plastic bags and polyethylene bags.

Extrusion lines are equipped with activators and devices for embossing the film surface, the rotating heads. At extrusion processed polyethylene of high and low pressure, linear polyethylene, a mixture of polyethylene and polyethylene compositions with various modifying additives and stained by the customer. Secondary material is not used in the manufacture of films. Films fully meet the requirements of normative documents, passports, as evidenced by the quality of the products.

Marking images on film and bags is made by using flexography in the area of flexographic printing, which is equipped with modern two-color and six-color machines to produce quality printing on plastic film and bags (from 1 to 6 colors, including full color). Duplex printing is performed in the following combinations: 6 +0, 5 +1, 4 +2, 3 +3, 2 +3,2 +2, 2 +1, 1 +1, 1 +. Perhaps drawing a spot, bar and raster printing lineature images from 50 to 100 Lpi and their combination. For two-color machines maximum film width - 710 mm (width of printing - 650 mm), the maximum step of printing - 800 mm. For the six-car maximum film width - 1200 mm (width of printing - 1175 mm), the maximum step of printing - 490 mm.

The printing process uses inks that are allowed for contact with food.

Plastic bags are made at the site of production packages, which is equipped with bag-making units of domestic and imported. The equipment allows to produce packages such as « T-shirt », « banana "," bag "of different sizes and modifications in consultation with the customer.

The waste-free manufacturing of polymer products from recycled plastic waste crusher, agglomerates and granulator is organized at the enterprise. Recycled materials used in molded products, they are not in contact with food.

Souvenir production refers to a segment of the so-called image services and is part of advertising, as a mandatory element of the promotion of companies, their products and services on the market.

SPE Firm "MED" performs on its hardware causing logos on plastic pens, mugs, cups, key chains, lighters and other souvenirs by tampo. Tampo - the most common type of logo printing. The main limitation tampo - is caused by the small size of the logo, as well as the inability to print on strongly curved surfaces.
