Manufacture of products from polyethylene – one of the leading directions of activity SPE «Med».

Production of these products is happening on the modern automatic extrusion melt extruded polyethylene with subsequent blow sleeves.

Production of polyethylene made exclusively from high quality raw materials (polyethylene pellets) supplied from Europe and the CIS. For each type of polyethylene products using its own formula (a combination of certain proportions of polyethylene HPP and LPP, fillers, antifogs, dyes, etc.), allowing us to obtain the tape and film products of the highest quality, with the characteristics required by the customer.

For manufacture of plastic bags from already produced film, we use modern soldering, cutting equipment, which allows packages of any desired size and complexity.

Despite the fact that the production of polyethylene products is mostly automated, such important processes as the launch and control of all production stages can not do without the participation of the human factor.
